Job SummaryThe Operations Manager, Mobile Clinic Operations is responsible for managing the overall performance of the clinical staff including medical assistants and radiology technicians ensuring the Mobile Clinical Operations team achieves the operational goals of timelines, quality, customer service, and cost for the programEssential Duties and Responsibilities* Implements training, development, and clinical performance oversight to the team ensuring consistency of training and coverage of services provided* Measure and track the performance of staff and effectiveness of training and other identified programs through annual clinical and workflow testing recommending enhancements as needed* Manage processes and procedures to ensure a timely and quality completion of work according to client’s contractual obligations* Ensure coordination and communication to effectively and efficiently complete the operational workflows with internal departments* Assist in providing timely and exceptional training for our providers specific to the clinical staffs duties and responsibility methodologies* Manage and troubleshoot the resolution of claimant, provider, and client issues* Manage with operational teams and other departments companywide to ensure the use of best practices and operational excellence in workflow standardization methodologies* Train team members on workflow and contractual modifications expeditiously* Develop and adhere to processes focused on effective customer service and ensure immediate escalation of issues which can negatively impact QTC’s reputation* Evaluate employees’ job performance as associated to workflow processes* Prepares timely weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports* Participates in the development of strategic plans, goals, and objectives ensuring alignment with team, department and company goals* Implements, disseminates, and administers operations strategies and objectives to ensure the achievement of the division’s and company’s goals and objectives* Implements facility-specific and area quality goals and action plans in order to achieve mobile clinical operations quality standards.* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assignedSpecific Duties and Experience:* Develop an excellent working knowledge of all contracts in relation to mobile clinical operations efforts* Maintains clinical standards for the contractual obligations* Exceed delivery and timeliness goals for the contracts and programs* Coordinate with senior departmental leadership as required* Hold/Participates in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings nationally with all applicable departments or employees to discuss RSD progress and changes* Identify and resolve workflow concerns* Report overall progress to internal and external customers as neededCompetencies:* Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and be self-motivated* Ability to effectively manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency* Sound knowledge and understanding of medical terminology and body systems* Superior communication skills, both verbal and written in the English language* Possess excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with a strong attention to detail* Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively* Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suites* Strong working knowledge of electronic scheduling systems* Strong working knowledge of EMR’s* Must possess and demonstrate skills necessary to analyze information, problems, procedures and situations* Ability to provide clinical services as requiredEducation and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)* Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education* 7 years demonstrated management/supervisory and project management experience* Clean and clear LVN/LPN or RN licensureThis job description supersedes all prior job descriptions and is intended to describe the general content and essential requirements for the position listed above.
