AmeriWound, LLC is hiring a Physician to cover facilities in the Cleveland, Ohio.Wound care experience is NOT required as we train you in 2-3 weeks.AmeriWound providers work M-F 7a-4p.

Physician follows the weekly facility patient visit schedule coordinated by the RM and Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) per facility.PRIOR WOUND CARE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED.Company OverviewAmeriWound’s affiliated providers are highly trained wound care professionals, who assess, diagnose, treat, monitor, and heal patient wounds.
We LEAD the nation in days to healing Our provider documentation is concise, and survey focused, meeting all facility medical standards.Our wound certified educators train, educate, and guide our providers and client facilities on the most efficacious wound care treatments and follow up.
As a result, client facilities realize improved wound healing results, improved survey scores and NTA reimbursement under PDPM.Highlights:Hiring both part-time 2 days/week and full-time 4-5 days/week (benefits for FT only)Hours: Monday-Friday 7am to 4pm; no evenings, weekends, call, or holidaysUncapped W-2 earning potential; Monthly income variable per provider

Facilities provide antibiotics, dressings, and treatment carts.
Wound care/treatment nurse to round with you at each facility.Malpractice provided for both full and part-time physiciansMileage reimbursement based on standard IRS guidelinesWe serve as your office and administration so you can spend more time with your familyResponsibilities:Round weekly at assigned facilities within territoryDiagnose patient conditions via physical examination and/or telemedicinePerform medical procedures i.e.
debridements as necessaryCommunicate and collaborate on findings and treatments with facility clinical staffCommunicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goalsDocument each patient visit in company EMR
