This is a Full-time position in Houston, TX posted April 22, 2021.

Job DescriptionBusiness Developer Thriveworks is looking for a motivated individual to help grow our footprint by scouting real estate for new clinic locations.

A successful Business Developer will be effective at working alongside other business lines such as Marketing, Recruiting, Clinic Operations and Legal to quickly identify and lease office space that meets the needs of our counseling and coaching practices.

While this position is primarily remote, it may involve light travel in the future to visit and assess potential locations.

In addition, the successful candidate may also be required to travel to assist in outfitting office space for daily operations as part of training.

Salary : Can be negotiable with experience.

Duties and Responsibilities : * Research and evaluate locations for future Thriveworks clinics in multiple cities across the United States based on our detailed specifications.

* Negotiate quickly and skillfully with property representatives (brokers, owners, property managers, etc.) to ensure clinic requirements are achievable.

* Work closely with Thriveworks Legal team to negotiate agreeable final lease terms.

* Document outreach and keep other business lines apprised of ongoing activities and progress.

Required Qualifications * The ability to utilize multiple platforms and methods (internet searches, email and telephone) to locate suitable properties from a remote location * Must have a Bachelors degree with 2 years experience, Real estate experience is a plus.

* Highly organized with the ability to focus on multiple properties in multiple cities at the same time * Ability to clearly and effectively communicate regularly with Thriveworks senior management * Embrace and practice Thriveworks Core Values at all times * Ability to work independently and with a team to produce excellent results Benefits: * Competitive compensation package * Competitive benefits program including 401K, Health, Dental, and others.
