This position will ensure seamless delivery and execution of people strategies that support hospital objectives.

This includes delivering strategic and core HR services to the business.Work You’ll DoServe as subject matter expert for assigned facilities in relation to HR services, including coaching and development, performance management, job and employee data changes, separations, compensation, employee relations, learning, succession management, employee retention, and engagement.Lead facility on-boarding efforts including the New Leader Assimilation Process.
