Assistant Payroll Processor

This is a Full-time position in Dallas, TX posted June 18, 2021.

We are accepting applications for a bilingual, full-time Assistant Payroll Processing Clerk based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to assist with various tasks for the completion of our Payroll services.

As a member of our payroll services team, you’ll work closely with the Payroll Coordinator to ensure that all our day-to-day payroll processing tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate for this position will be organized, able to complete data entry tasks efficiently with close attention to detail, and have good customer service skills.

Daily responsibilities include processing employer timesheets, preparing and filing daily reports, and servicing clients by providing assistance, reminders, and information requests by phone and email.

In order to serve our clients, you must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma Minimum 35 WPM Typing Speed Strong Attention to Detail Ability to use various computer applications Ability to meet deadlines Ability to complete tasks according to a daily schedule Ability to prioritize and complete various daily and weekly assigned tasks Self-Motivated –
– ability to work independently when required Good customer service skills Good oral and written communication skills Bilingual –
– English and Spanish
