Bench Sales Recruiter Position Type Full-Time Location Dallas, CA The Role Madiba is currently seeking a highly motivated Bench Sales Recruiter. This is a blended role primarily covering four critical distinct key areas. Sales, sourcing, CRM, and Marketing activities. In this role, yoursquoll primarily support the Talent Acquisition team in driving marketing activities to improve brand awareness, increase quality across the talent pool, and maintain administrative activities within the CRM. Key Responsibilities Sales Marketing Work with TA team to effectively market bench contractors to clients and prospective new customers Gather targeted business intelligence data about prospective new potential customers that are specific to SAP solutions Input and maintain administrative data on Sales Targets into Bullhorn CRMATS database Create marketing profiles, resume templates, and other career-related marketing materials such as MS PowerPoint presentations, MS Word documents, Adobe PDF files, and Portable Network Graphics (PNG) posters and fliers Manage marketing distribution on company website, and other social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and others Recruiting Sourcing Assist with the identification and selection of potential candidates through the effective use of job boards such as DICE, Indeed, etc.hellip Add potential new candidates to applicant tracking systems Assist the talent acquisition team with prescreening potential new applicants Create, monitor, and manage targeted advanced Boolean Queries for core skills matrix roles and positions Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Research and analyze specific markets for potential new customers. Identify and network with key decision-makers and potential buyers within prospective customers Create tailored, creative marketing campaigns for individual management consultants who are on the bench Perform ad hoc reporting as needed Position Requirements Bachelorrsquos degree Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills Possess superb organizational skills and great attention to detail Level-headed problem solver with an exceptional customer service background
