Point B is looking for an experienced Campus Recruiter (contract) to join our team. The Campus Recruiter will focus on supporting our Talent Acquisition team with sourcing, candidate management and helping to maintain our applicant tracking system, etc. This person will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of an efficient, effective, quality driven service to find great hires for Point B. This is a contract position and can be based anywhere in the United States.

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:

Provide support to our Talent Acquisition leadership team to execute our Campus Recruiting Program

Engage with internal hiring managers and external partners to provide the best candidate experience

Source, screen and process candidates

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:

3-4 years of experience recruiting, preferably with campus recruiting at another organization or other related experience

Recruiting experience required

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Prefer experience with candidate tracking systems (ATS systems)

Prefer experience with email marketing tools and campaigns
