As a Senior Human Resources Manager you will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

This role maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.

The Senior Human Resources Manager is expected to have a strong focus on our foundational “Do Work, Love Strong” culture.This position is located in Mt.

Pleasant, Tx.Responsibilities:Provides coaching, leadership and support to managers and team members regarding HR programs, policies and processes.Executes HR programs (performance management process, annual pay review, annual benefits enrollment, investigations etc.)Ensures team member onboarding experience is Extraordinary and aligned with our values from day 1.Partner with business leaders in solving more complex issues including organizational structures, workforce planning, team member experience, retention etc.Provide input and solutions in design strategy for new HCM and support team members with “employee self-service” and “manager self-service”.Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.

Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.Qualifications:Bilingual strongly preferred 5+ years experience resolving complex employee relations issues.2+ years leading a teamWorking knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred.We encourage and welcome applicants with any and all backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and competencies.
