As a Digital Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will manage vendor relationships and support Talent Acquisition with operational responsibilities to ensure we are reaching the best candidates.

You’ll grow your knowledge of the marketing world, gain exposure to strategic partners, and think creatively to help brainstorm new marketing ideas.

You will report to the Digital Recruitment Marketing Manager who will aid in your development.The Day-to-Day:Complete operational tasks necessary to support the function of the group, working with Talent Acquisition to ensure we provide quality apply volume to jobsManage Job Board vendor relationships, strategy, and budgets with partners such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and moreExpand our marketing reach by learning about new technologies and trends in the field to improve our existing processesUse data and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of Recruitment Marketing’s efforts and make strategic optimizationsTroubleshoot technical issues with appropriate points of contactPartner with other teams, graphic designers, and recruiters to support long-term projects for enhancing candidate experience, return on investment and brand awarenessYour Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years’ experience in an operations-based roleA focus on maintaining quality of work while coordinating across several departments under strict timelinesA curiosity for marketing and a passion for ongoing learningA desire to serve internal partners, improve processes, and troubleshoot issuesWhy Fisher Investments:At Fisher Investments, we work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
