Responsibilities :-Reporting to the Director of Commercial Sales, be assertive and explore all channels of communication with prospective clients, including but not limited to cold calling and physical/digital meetings.Must constantly seek to make recommendations to improve operational processes and related infrastructure.Wear lead generator and lead closer hats to provide WoW level service the existing and new accountsCollaborate effectively with team members across all departments with the processing of day-to-day activityThis role has a strong possibility of adding direct reports (for lead generation) to itself once the book of business becomes healthy.

Expected time – 1 year Qualification criteria :-5+ years of B2B experience in high volume sales, retail energy experience is ideal.Good time management and ability to mix multitasking and focus as requiredExcellent attention to detail and results oriented individualAbility to build relationships, communicate effectively and collaborate with team members at all levelsAbility to work and remain calm under pressure Compensation – Base Salary (USD 55,000-60,000 per year) + commissions as below :-10% of GR (Monthly)1.5% of GR (Quarterly)Total Cash Compensation USD 95,000 100,000 per year Benefits of working with DNE Resources !
