AIT is a manufacturing firm specializing in aerospace factory automation, including the design, fabrication, installation and maintenance of turnkey aircraft assembly automation systems, is looking for a Human Resources Administrator at our Plano, TX office. Member of the HR team that will ensure accurate processing and recording of companys payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, participate in daily data entry Payroll processing.This position requires high level of confidentiality, excellent communication and organizational skills along with the ability to multi-task. Attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines are required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform weekly payroll time allocation checks.Manage workflows to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.Understand and ensure proper taxation of employer paid benefits.Mange and process correct garnishment calculations and compliance.Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary.Develop and manage financial and operational reporting as needed.Update and reconcile monthly statements from payroll and benefit vendors. Load import files received from HR.Manage payroll department operations.Assist with maintaining employer tax account.Maintain employee compensation database.Maintain employee expense reporting database and supply monthly reporting.Maintenance time keeping system, setup monthly reports for process owners. Partner with process owners on employee engagement events.Standardize monthly reporting requirements throughout multiple sites.Maintenance all HR systems ensuring accurate employee information.Process workers compensation claims for employees; updates OSHA reports.Create employee communication and informational documents.Maintain training program and assign required OJT to employees.Assistance in implementation of employee relations activities/events.Partner with finance to ensure accurate GL reporting and accrual updates.Skills and Qualifications:Knowledge of payroll principles, practices, regulations, and procedures. Skill in evaluating and analyzing technical payroll activities.Skill in both verbal and written communication.Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly focused, self-motivated, team player who enjoys working independently.
