You will be joining a team of hard-working, enthusiastic, and ambitious individuals (who also like to have fun!) who are truly passionate about and committed to helping to provide the highest quality care to seniors and other vulnerable individuals.


The Human Resources Assistant will be joining a team responsible for all aspects of the human resources function, including:
Phone screen potential Caregiver applicants
Conduct in-person interviews with Caregiver applicants
Conduct professional reference checks
Run Criminal, Sex Offender, and Safe Driving background checks
Help decide if an applicant is qualified to be a Caregiver for 123 Home Care
Prepare documents for payroll, unemployment, tax withholding, licensure, etc.
Support the office staff with various tasks

Develop and refine a range of fundamental skills in the human resources field including:
Positive attitude!
Strong work ethic
Organization skills
Strong communication/interpersonal skills
Recruiting, interviewing and hiring skills
Employee Relations skills
Customer services best-practices
College Degree (Preferred).

Relevant HR/Recruiting experience can be substituted for a college degree on a one-to-one basis.
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Monday-Friday (5 days per week, 8 hours per day)
$18 per hour
