Overview: The Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for providing comprehensive consultation and support on all human resource and talent management needs.
This position will actively partner with leadership and associates to enable a high-performance, engaged culture through HR initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Proactively consult with leaders and recommend HR strategic solutions to improve critical business outcomesCollaborate with HR team on the delivery of strategic initiativesServe as a consultant and adviser to leaders in the effective management of their workforce through the implementation of performance management, organizational design, talent assessments and leadership developmentSeek to understand the “voice of the associate” and partner with leaders to make improvementsFocus efforts to improve associate engagement and retentionManage applicable processes, including, leaves of absences, corrective action, investigations, etc.Other tasks as assignedQualifications3 years of experience in delivering high-volume, high demand HR servicesExperience in finding talent solutions to solve business problemsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field desiredExperience working in Human Resources within a large operation or business unitExceptionally strong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skillsDemonstrated ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existsHigh level of professionalismDemonstrated ability to use various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, HRIS, etc.
Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment and Physical DemandsThis job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some schedule variations as needed.
TravelThis position will require up to 10% travel.
