Please follow this link: Human Resources Manager or Human Resources Director Role: The HR Manager will lead a team of HR Business Partners and support roughly 2500 employees in the state of Texas.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, this role will lead efforts related to boots on the ground HR and ensuring positive employee relations.

Drive high company performance by taking a proactive role in shaping a work environment that attracts and engages the total employee base.

Provide leadership to the business partners Deliver value-added services to management, leadership, and employees Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating all HR related activities including talent acquisition, talent management and employee engagement.

Leads initiatives to shape a diverse and inclusive culture to enhance attraction, engagement, and overall company performance.

Enables each employee to identify and meet their potential and beyond in alignment with the overarching business objectives.

Understands in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and provides policy guidance related to day-to-day management of employees, while reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Provides excellent employee relations and manages, and resolves employee relations issues.

Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

Provides coaching, leadership, mentorship, career development, and disciplinary actions to direct reports.

Provides guidance and input on reorganization, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

Implements diversity strategies and ensures recruiting strategies and sources are focused on achieving diversity goals.

Develop and implement workforce planning strategies for hourly workforce, including forecasting and short-term resourcing to meet current, and future demand.

Identifies learning and development needs for business, assists in delivering training as needed.
Human Resources Manager or Human Resources Director Background Profile: Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years’ experience in HR showing successful progression 3+ years’ experience in a management role Experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent experience with MS Office Suite, ATS systems, and HRIS systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working on multi-functional project teams Ability to build and leverage strong relationships throughout the organization Ability to influence individuals and outcomes Ability to raise difficult subjects or issues and provide recommended solutions Strong employee relations experience Ability to provide adaptive thinking in a fast-paced environment to build and execute strategies Desire to work in an ever changing and entrepreneurial environment Ability to be a trusted advisor to your team Ability to demonstrate strong data analysis and interpretation skills Ability to demonstrate a strong business and financial acumen from the HR perspective
