JDA TSG has immediate opportunities for IT Recruiters with 2-3 years of professional experience to work in our Irving, TX offices.

We are a managed services company supporting some of the coolest companies in the world with predominately exclusive roles & job opportunities.

You’ll be part of a team committed to helping you learn, to contribute & to finding successes.

Many of the roles you’ll work on have a Microsoft infrastructure focus, so if you have some experience in recruiting for those types of Engineers & Consultants, that would be beneficial (but it’s not required).

This is a job where you’ll be selling the value proposition of JDA TSG to experience, highly skilled engineers, consultants, project managers etc.

& you’ll be equipped with a GREAT STORY to tell.

You will be responsible for managing multiple roles across the U.S.

We’ve been doing this for 10 years.

Core Accountabilities:
Primarily you’ll be recruiting experienced Microsoft Infrastructure Engineers & Consultants for very cool jobs… We’ll teach you what we’ve learned over the years to help accelerate your growth & success Establish strong relationships through phone calls & online meetings, interviewing & resume screening experience to ensure a candidate’s credentials match job requirements Find & qualify great candidates through social media, cold calls, web searches, referrals etc.

Manage candidates through a multi-stage evaluation process Building & maintaining a referral network Being organized, you’ll update activity in our Applicant Tracking System

Your Impact:
As a member of our Recruiting Team, your days are going to be spent helping to meet hiring commitments & deadlines for our Managed Services clients You will learn to build & maintain relationships with candidates, acting as their trusted advisor throughout our recruiting process (part guidance counselor, part tour guide, part cheerleader) We encourage curiosity & we want our employees enhancing their professional, technical & consultative skills.

If you can teach our EVP how to successfully recruit on Snapchat & TikTok, he’ll buy you lunch for a week (seriously)
Our Expectations:
From the start you will be working at our offices on Esters Blvd in Irving TX, about 3 days a week, increasing as Covid risks lessen over time.

We want you to have direct access to and support from Managers, & you’ll learn faster by meeting colleagues & learning about the business We need you to show up with a great attitude, eager to learn, & ready to dive in!

You must be comfortable talking on the phone & video chatting, it’s a big part of the job You’re a team player, willing to teach us a thing or two (see Snapchat & TikTok comment above) Willingness to roll up your sleeves, work hard & be scrappy!
