Manager, Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding


This is a Full-time position in Dallas, TX posted May 15, 2021.

This is a Remote Position open to qualified candidates throughout the United States.
Team Health is working to build a best-in-class, award winning Recruitment Marketing strategy.

Individuals will have the opportunity to help launch the next evolution of the Recruitment Marketing organization and blaze the trail of innovation in the Clinician Services sector.
This posting is for a Regular Full Time opportunity with the TeamHealth Talent Acquisition Team.

The Manager
– Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding will drive the development of the TeamHealth Employer Brand which will serve as the basis for strategic recruitment messaging and recruitment marketing.

This individual will own the Social Media strategy for recruitment and will help to ensure that the TeamHealth Employer Brand guidelines are adhered to while promoting the Employment Value Proposition throughout every media channel (i.e.

digital, traditional, etc.)
The ideal candidate for this position is a consulting-level, highly analytical professional.

This individual will display a strong balance of business acumen, data analysis, business consulting and strategic presentation skills, advanced interpersonal competencies, and the ability to work independently while fostering a team dynamic.

The Manager
– Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding will serve as a subject matter expert regarding Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, Social Media Standards, Campaign Development & Execution, Communications and Offer Templates, Search Engine Optimization, Market Intelligence, Keyword Advertising Optimization, Vendor Management, Candidate Segmentation, Strategic Geo-targeting, Marketing Innovation & Technology and the Recruitment Marketing Analytics Infrastructure.
This individual has: expert knowledge and experience in strategic marketing and social media plan development; applied advanced principles, theories, and concepts; worked on the most complex and unique issues requiring in-depth evaluation to generate solutions to business problems; exercised significant latitude in determining and executing objectives and approaches to critical assignments; devised methods, modified or adapted standard procedures to meet different situations; contributed to the establishment of the organization’s strategic goals; directly impacted goal achievement of complex company-wide or interdepartmental projects with strategic importance; influenced executive level management; served as liaison on specific projects in other work areas and/or business units.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Partners with the Vice President of Recruitment Marketing to consult and provide subject matter expertise, identify opportunities, and lead the effective development and implementation of TeamHealth’s Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies.

Develops, executes and manages TeamHealth’s Recruitment Marketing and Branding strategy including: digital media, ongoing content & creative assets, recruitment campaigns, social media, employee referral advertising, recruitment collateral and communication templates.

Initiates, Manages, and Leads the development and execution of Recruitment Marketing and Social Media Campaigns.

Manages/Analyzes market intelligence research, market data analysis and recommends/implements optimal recruitment campaign strategies.

Evaluates Recruitment and Advertising vendor proposals and partners with Recruiting Operations to establish vendor relationships for test development, implementation, and delivery.

Drive the development of strategic programs and initiatives across Recruitment Marketing Five Major Centers of Excellence: Employer Branding (Themes & Messages), Content & Creative Development, Social Media and Web Presence, Campaign Development & Execution Strategy and Technology & Analytics.

Employer Branding and Creative/Content Development Initiate, manage, and lead the development and execution of the Employer Value Proposition, Employer Brand, Creative Themes/Assets, Content Repository and Digital Presence.

Develop, execute and manage end-to-end awareness/branding campaigns and candidate contact strategies.

Partner with clients to identify business needs and design strategic marketing solutions to meet those needs.

Ensures adherence to Company Brand practices and standards.

Support Candidate Relationship Management and Communications.

Social Media & Campaign Management Identify Marketing Levers by Segment establishing new and innovative strategies: Digital/Traditional Media Strategy, Videos, Digital Radio, E-Blasts, Sponsored Ads, Landing Pages/Microsites, Job Ads, Blogs, etc.

Develop Social Media Recruiting Strategy for awareness, hot jobs, and new job opportunities.

Maximize Candidate Relationship Management and Communications through the development of a strategic contact strategy (i.e.

Talent Community, Nurture Campaigns, etc.) Leverage marketing expertise to develop and execute an effective integrated marketing plans that are customized to meet the needs of the local market.

Leverage post campaign and data trends to formulate strategic recruitment marketing campaigns.

Technology & Innovation Initiate, manage, and lead the development and execution of the Recruitment Marketing Analytics Infrastructure.

Partner with the Vice President of NEG Recruiting & Recruitment Marketing to define Key Performance Indicators and critical measures of success.

Leverage analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting campaign investments.

Create tracking models that can drive recommendations for future investments and maximize return on investment.

Use analytics to monitor the effectiveness of existing campaigns, tactics, programs, etc.

Provides technical support and guidance in the creation of recruitment marketing data, metrics development, process evaluation, research design, statistical analysis, forecasting trends and financial returns.

Establish dashboards and tracking reports to reflect the effectiveness of the marketing efforts and the impact on performance.

Develops business cases to define needs and influence acceptance/adoption of recruitment marketing and social media strategies and initiatives.

Owner of vendor relationships associated with recruitment marketing, web or advertising efforts.

Consults key leaders to obtain the necessary approvals to implement new initiatives or changes to existing strategy.

Lead development of key initiatives to drive significant changes in programs and performance.

Establish solid metrics to measure the effectiveness of existing and newly implemented strategies, quickly tweaking or recalibrating to ensure strong results.

Provide consistent and timely reports, updates and strategic, forward thinking, innovative presentations to communicate the progress of all initiatives, programs and tools.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

5 to 7 years of experience implementing Strategic Marketing Campaigns at a Fortune 500 Company with more than 20,000 employees.

In-depth and proven knowledge and experience in: Marketing (Digital & Traditional), Branding, Social Media Strategies, Strategy Development & Execution, Marketing Tactic development, Content & Creative design and messaging for a variety of business segments.

Experience working with cross functional teams including: Recruiting, Branding, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, IT etc.

A thorough understanding of the end-to-end Recruitment Process.

Strong business acumen and in depth knowledge in effective change management practices Experience in building marketing analytics and forecasting.

Specifically, prior experience establishing metrics and dashboards to illustrate the effectiveness of our strategies and tactics.

Knowledge of the latest strategies/best practices in Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding.

Ability to serve in a consultative role for key projects and business case development.

Vendor Management experience.

Contract Negotiations.

Detailed oriented with excellent planning, time management and decision making skills.

Advanced interpersonal, communications and professional skills with demonstrated ability in developing and delivering strategic plans to leadership.

Excellent analytical and presentation development/delivery skills.

Must be able to demonstrate during application process.

Ability to balance multiple requests and priorities in a dynamic environment Strong Project Management skills with the ability to successfully drive projects to completion as either team leader or team member.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in communicating with executives, clients, peers, and employees.

Must be able to translate technical information into non-technical terms as needed to facilitate client understanding.

Advance knowledge of MS Office suite components, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Preferred Qualifications: MBA or other related Master’s Degree Extensive experience in Recruitment Marketing: Messaging, Campaign Development, Content & Creative Development, Career Website development, Social Media strategies.

Experience with advanced technologies (i.e.
