The Recruiter will develop recruitment strategies with hiring managers, source, interview, recap and communicate hiring decisions with hiring team etc.

In addition will assist hiring, on-boarding, etc.

Join us today and become a Help at Home Hero A typical day for a Recruiter includes: Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of reactive and proactive recruiting techniques.

Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations, etc.

Accomplishes Recruiting Department and overall Organization mission by completing related results as needed.

All other duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES Knowledge and Experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or relevant field preferred, plus 2 years of recruiting experience.

Personal accountability.

Self-motivated; ethical; reliable; highly organized with strong attention to details; maintains confidentiality; complies with all policies and procedures.

Interpersonal Skills.

Demonstrates maturity and the ability to function as a team member; good communication skills.
