Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter in Irving Texas. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented professionals that want to excel with us.The Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle of salaried Austin Bridge & Road recruitment including job postings, screening, sourcing, and facilitating interviews, offer management, and onboarding communications for professional positions, including key management roles.ResponsibilitiesConsult with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profile of ideal candidatesReview resumes, conduct phone screens, and measure candidates against a specific job profileRecommend candidates to hiring managers for in-person interviews; handle disposition of both external and internal candidatesProvide timely progress updates on prospecting, interview, and placement activity with candidates and hiring managers throughout the processVerifies employment eligibility, gathers necessary paperwork, and performs reference and background checksPrepare and extend job offers. Notify all candidates of hiring decisionTrack hiring activity, including job posting, hiring decisions, and closing position vacanciesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment and the interviewing process, including pre and post hire employment documentationEnsure smooth transition post-hire and assess hiring manager and new hire satisfactionAssist the HR department with other human resources areas such as benefits administration, employee relations and activity planning, and employee customer servicePerform other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelors Degree requiredThree to five years of experience in professional recruitingProficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, excellent spelling and grammar, strong phone skills, and stellar organizational skillsProfessional, upbeat, energetic, takes initiative, dependable, and takes pride in workMust be extremely efficient, organized and resourcefulWe offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, and a matching 401K plan.
