Job DescriptionAdvanced Tech Placement is seeking a Recruitment Lead/Manager to joining our technical recruitment team.

This individual will lead a team of sourcing and recruiting professionals that provide an unrivaled quality of service to our industry-leading client businesses.

Within this role, you would be responsible for cultivating employee development and training, acting as an essential mentor and coach, as well as leading day-to-day delivery oversight of our recruitment services.

In addition, you would be responsible for the productivity and quality of their team’s work and are the first point of escalation for client concerns.Responsibilities Hold monthly goal setting and accountability meetings Monitor and drive team productivity in order to achieve assigned gross margin targets Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with all direct reports Conduct morning standup meeting with teams to set daily goals and priorities Review reports daily to identify aged and aging requisitions and establish and execute action plans for resolution Conduct quality assurance checks on employees’ work to ensure documented standards are met Mentor, coach and discipline direct reports to ensure ongoing growth and development Create and monitor individual development and training plans including ensuring appropriate certifications are completed Assist with the recruiting of team members as neededIdeally, You Will Possess 3 years’ experience with full-cycle recruiting preferably in a Recruitment Process environment within the staffing industry Demonstrate proven ability to motivate and lead a team Communicate confidently and effectively in person, over the phone, and online Possess strong conflict management, good judgment and diplomacy skills Have developed strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently Demonstrate problem solving ability, analytical and critical thinking skills Collaborate and operate well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Be effective at building strong relationships Possess a strong work ethic and sense of commitment Demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint-or similar office suite) Have experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
