Birdeye is looking for a Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition department and co-manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. This individual will be responsible for identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online, and helping to build a strong employer brand to ensure we provide a positive candidate experience. To be successful in this role, you should have an HR background along with work experience and success in a SaaS or Technology organization sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates. This role reports to the Director of People + Culture and is based in Dallas but is flexible to remote candidates.



  • Demonstrated success recruiting/filling B2B sales positions
  • Experience working for a SaaS company
  • Result-oriented, consistently meets or exceeds established metrics and goals
  • Experience in advanced, innovative sourcing and engaging passive candidates
  • Wide knowledge of recruiting and sourcing tools (Workable a plus!)
  • Ability to scale and work in highly dynamic culture


  • Manage the candidate process, from sourcing to the transition to onboarding, to ensure a thorough, streamlined, and engaging candidate experience.
  • Evaluate skill level and culture fit, make salary recommendations, and assist in managing the offer phase.
  • Ensure hiring team’s collaboration and preparedness throughout the interview and offer process; foster the timely exchange of information.
  • Leverage ATS reporting functionality to communicate candidate pipelines and recruiting status as appropriate.
  • Implement innovative and proven strategies to source a highly qualified and diverse candidate pool; proactively research and investigate new ideas and tools to source passive candidates.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and other ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned.
