Our team is responsible for helping onboard customers to a new enterprise cloud governance product and will guide them from the education process through making an impact on their business.

Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as a critical technical partner to the sales team in designing customer solutions and driving adoption and revenue.

Partner closely with our customers’ technical leadership and enable them to be cloud advocates.

Inspire confidence in the technical and governance capabilities of Capital One products through deep technical conversations and partnership Serve as a SME and facilitate educational and collaborative workshops to customers considering or already using Capital One Tech Commercialization products.

Act as a community leader and share best practices among Capital One Tech Commercialization customers.

Author or contribute to Tech Commercialization’s customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, tutorials, blogs, etc.

Serve as a Capital One Tech Commercialization evangelist at industry-wide conferences Drive and facilitate effective relationships between customer and product teams Develop demonstrations, workshops, how-to-videos, and custom educational materials Act as a Customer Success Manager for 2-5 concurrent customer onboardings.

Respond to customer support tickets as a L2 SME for Capital One products centered around cloud governance.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, technical sales, or customer success Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering 3 years of technical sales or support experience working directly with customers 1 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another public cloud services 2 years of experience working with security concepts 2 years of experience building solution architectures At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
