Our team builds and implements a suite of SaaS products that integrate across EHRs and payer systems, with intuitive workflows and deep healthcare expertise.

Our SaaS platform accelerates prior authorizations for providers, and enables the first-in-the-world real-time AI clinical reviews.

Responsibilities Responsible for the definition and implementation of a robust software engineering processes and workflow to meet company objectives.

Responsible for the leadership of the software engineering group, ensuring good communication of company and division strategy and development of best practices within the engineering area.

Drive the synergy and sharing of code, best practices and tooling across all software projects.

Ensure proper resource assignments on a daily and weekly basis to maximize value to company, customers, and individuals.

Lead and motivate the team to produce Olive’s category changing products on time and with no defects.

Drive initiatives around continuous improvement of company development to improve productivity and efficiency in all areas.

Responsible for recruitment of new staff into the software engineering group.

Create a culture of engineering excellence where ideas flow and best practices are daily practices.

Grow a team of engineers at different levels of experience, and help them maximize their careers by working on important areas of growth.

Establish a culture of engineering excellence.

Understand company business objectives and build alignment and buy-in across functional teams.

Motivate all team members to deliver high quality projects within committed time and budget.

Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee on-boarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.

Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action, with the assistance of Human Resources, when necessary Requirements Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, advanced degrees preferred.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive responsibilities in software development.

Requires at least 4 years managing Agile software development teams.

Requires strong experience with complex software development Requires a deep experience in the software development life cycle best practices.

Requires strong technical awareness and the ability to understand the reasoning and implications of technical decisions.

Requires effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Must be able to communicate and interact well with co-workers and customers.

Requires the demonstrated ability to build trust and strong cross-functional relationships across the company to achieve common goals.

Requires a goal-oriented and driven attitude with a superior ability to execute and sustain a high sense of urgency.

Requires excellent memory, organizational ability, and the ability to set priorities, handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
