Head of Strategic Channel Initiatives, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.* 10 years of relevant work experience building Partner strategy, programs, and operations.* Experience working with executive leadership and partnering with Sales and/or Product Management.* Experience as a people manager.Preferred qualifications:* JD, MBA, Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.* Experience creating and completing complex projects in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and often ambiguous environment; collaborative and team-oriented working style.* Effective project management, problem solving and analysis skills, combined with business judgment and communication skills.* Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives.

As a part of the broader Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team, you will lead our global Partner Center of Excellence, integrating strategy, planning and execution across all Partner Go-to-Market functions.

In this role, you’ll lead critical partner initiatives and drive health of partner operations related initiatives.

You will be able to look across our complex Partner business and identify both best practices and areas of opportunity.Google Cloud provides organizations with leading infrastructure, platform capabilities and industry solutions.

Customers in more than 150 countries turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to solve their most critical business problems.Responsibilities* Work collaboratively with other teams to build and execute Partner operations that help us drive greater partner sales productivity.* Serve as a key cross-functional representative and go-to person on all things related to strategic partner operations and execution in the field.* Facilitate and drive Go-to-Market related decision making, including building consensus and driving decisions at the most senior levels across regions and functions.* Project manage end to end Partner initiatives that expand across Google Cloud (Sales, Operations, Finance and Product) businesses to ensure processes are successfully executed.
