– and long-term softare development factory infrastructure programs, strategy, functionality and operational management practices+ Lead and support both short and long-term software system tests; Work closely with the systems / software solution architects to build end-end requirement-test-automation portfolios for 1FINITY/FSS products/solutions+ Support multiple concurrent 1FINITY/FSS projects; co-create/co-develop initiatives that calls for multiple functional organizations involvement with high impacts to the overall business & operation efficiency+ Envagulize engineering and operational excellence, establish metrics for quality and velocity; passion to drive effective changes, institutionize policies, processes and best practices;+ Work with department head to set expectations.

Proven recruiting experience as a hiring manager.Authentic passion for people management and mentorship+ Solid understanding and staying up-to-date with technical standard/forums and protocols in both the telco and hyperscaler industries, has breath & depth on infrastructure as a code and infrastructure design, development and maintainence.+ Hands on experience on script languages including Python, Java, Atlassian tool sets, CICD Pipelines, testframeworks such as Robots, Automation toolsets such as Ansible, RANCID,microservice ecosystems in a cloud-native environment.+ Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations+ Demonstrated research, critical thinking and problem solving skills via prior work experience.

Must have a strong work ethic, integrity and work extremely well in a team environment; Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment+ Great verbal and written communication skills.

You should be able to explain your approach and the impact of your work to non-technical stakeholders in a way that is clear to them.+ Bachelor’s Degree in CS / EE / CES; Master’s Degree or Ph.
