Regional Account Manager
– Management Software Dossier Systems – Southwest Territory (NE, KS,MO, OK, AR, MS, LA, TX) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager with demonstrated success in software and professional service sales for our Southwest territory.

This is a work-from-home office position and may be based anywhere in the Southwest United States near a major airport.

Dossier Systems is a leader in the fleet maintenance management software industry.

For this position you should be well versed in solution/consultative selling methods, pro-active account management, negotiation, and closing.

This position involves both inside and outside sales.

Your territory will include 8 states and travel is required.

Job Responsibilities: As a Sales Manager you will interact with all levels in the client organization, including fleet/maintenance personnel, IT staff, and management including the owner and president.

This is a work from home position but as a Sales Manager you will be required to travel to support large account opportunities, trade shows and internal meetings.

The company will provide you with leads.

You will also be expected to find opportunities and generate your own leads.

You will be responsible for managing an installed base of accounts in your assigned territory.

You will be responsible for managing and growing these accounts and insuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Process includes: Qualifying prospects by phone Demonstrating the Dossier software over the internet via webinar technology Developing detailed commercial proposals to meet customer requirements Driving opportunities to closure Utilizing CRM system Desired Skills and Experience

You must be money motivated.

This is not an entry level position.

As a Sales Manager you are required to have a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

You must be an experienced and proven self-starting sales leader with the ability to prioritize and meet sales goals.

You must be able to communicate effectively with all staff members to support new development, account management and maintenance.

Dossier Systems is looking for an individual with documented history of winning new business, ability to grow and maintain an account base and above average quota performance.

The Sales Manager should be a team-oriented leader with the drive to stay on top of the fleet maintenance industry.

Additional requirements include: Local travel of 10-15% Occasional air travel (5-15%) Goldmine or equivalent CRM system experience Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint You will build commercial pricing models very frequently using Excel You will build proposals and order forms very frequently using Word You need to be very familiar with navigating computer networks Excellent communication and presentation skills Transportation industry experience a plus Previous successful experience in fleet maintenance management software or similar fleet software, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or Asset Management software, a big plus.
