This is a contract to hire- w2 position. no corp to corp candidates please Knowledge, Skills Abilities Education Bachelorrsquos Degree and other related field or comparable work experience. Experience 5 yearsrsquo experience as a Business Analyst, System Training Specialist, 2+ yearsrsquo experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud admin. Required Skill Sets Go-getter. Team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve. Experience and proven track record of self-driven continual learning, curiosity, and initiative. Experience leading and facilitating meetings with business users. Ability to work and communicate effectively with various groups throughout the organization as well as with 3rd party vendors. Must be analytical and very detail oriented with strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Experience eliciting and documenting business, functional, and testing requirements and use cases. Experience and proven track record configuring Salesforce Service Cloud. Experience with SDLC. Strong understanding of Clientrsquos business and able to complete business analysis around processes. Excellent writing and editing skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and succinctly. Ability to present in front of groups between 5-50 individuals comfortably. Proficient with the use of Excel, Power Point, and Word Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multifaceted, team environment.
