Qualiifications: Mastery in at least two of the following categories: Azure IaaS management, ASR, Azure BaaS, ANF, AKS, and ARC Skilled in hybrid data center environments – connecting on-prem to cloud data centers (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Active listening and analysis to identify issues or problems Research and creativity to identify a solution to the issue or problem Ability to communicate resolutions in a simple, easy to understand manner Communication skills Verbal and written – via phone, email, chat, etc.
Must be able to clearly communicate instructions and current tasks Must be able to describe technical items to non-technical users Multi-tasking skills
– ability to help a team member or customer real-time while performing other tasks Passionate about customer support, attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work nights or weekends, as needed, and participate in an on-call rotation Education and Experience: University degree in Information Technology or related field preferred 5 years of working experience in large enterprise (Fortune 1000) infrastructure teams – (Azure, VMWare, Dell, HP, NetApp, Pure, EMC) is preferred Certifications are highly recommended – (i.e., MS Azure Foundations, MS Azure Admin, MCA Windows Server Hybrid Admin, etc.)
