Sr. Software Developer


This is a Full-time position in Austin, TX posted June 21, 2021.

Technical Lead UST Global ® is looking for a scrum master to Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g.

from customers or stakeholders) leading and coordinate our project in US.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent background on Coordinate iterations; retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.

The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team.

Responsibilities As a Technical Lead ; you will
• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Coordinate iterations; retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g.

from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with Product Owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each iteration
• Organizes and facilitates the iteration planning meeting
• Make the project/product risk assessment; evaluate costs; planning and alternatives
• Ensure all activities within their area of control is conducted in a manner that complies with environmental control procedures and does not create unnecessary environmental impacts
• Monitor and ensure compliance to environmental operational controls and compliance with applicable legal and other requirementsTechnical Skills:
• Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum; Kanban etc.
• Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory; rules and practices.
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches; like: Kanban; Crystal; FDD; XP; etc.
• Knowledge about other methodologies other than Agile-Scrum; so that he can explain other methodologies to motivate his team.
• Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his team needs.
• He/She should have knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories; Continuous Integration; ATDD; TDD; Continuous Testing; Pairing; Automated Testing; Agile Games.
• Ability to take and understand his commitment to deliver the product on time.
• Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
• Knowledge about tasks; backlog tracking; burndown metrics; velocity; user stories etc.
• Familiar with common development practices; Service oriented environments; and Agile practices.RequirementsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science; Computer Engineering; Software Engineering or relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience shipping software Experience with the full application lifecycle Experience and familiarity with a full Agile development process; including continuous integration and deployment; and feature flags.3+ years experience in C#2+ years experience with microservice architectures; both cloud and on premiseExperience with Continuous DeliveryExperience working in an Agile environmentExperience with Docker and/or containersExperience with git version control Plus SkillsExperience with C# .NET CoreExperience testing service based apisExperience with Microsoft AzureExperience with Azure GovernmentExperience with Azure DevOpsExperience working with remote teams Location :This position is based in Texas.
