Job Description:

**This role is located in Plano, Texas only. It is not open to telecommuting or remote arrangements**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Responsible for developing and delivering software to accomplish business goals. Ensures that software is developed to meet functional and non-functional requirements. Codes solutions, unit tests, and is aware of the development practices of the bank. Contributes to story refinement/defining requirements. Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle. Understands and utilizes basic architecture components in solution development. Codes solution and unit tests to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria. Executes automated test suites (integration, regression, performance); collects results and flags issues. Documents and communicates required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality. Adheres to team delivery/release process and cadence pertaining to code deployment and release. Individual contributor.

Understand and analyze requirements from product management team

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

Develop and document software designs

Develop and unit test software for new product features

Should be able to interact with the team, end users or other groups comfortably

Desired Skills:

  • Good analytical skills and fast learner.

  • Willing to work on flexible timings in a fast paced environment to support critical applications.

  • Highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal, technical and communication skills

  • Good analytical and debugging skills

  • Desired: Prior professional experience in software development in analysis, design, development, deployment and testing with wide range of technical experience.

  • Desired: Experience in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Desired/Preferred: Proven experience in any one of the following technologies:

  • HTML5, Angular, TypeScript, jQuery, CSS, Gulp, NodeJS, JavaScript
