The VP of Network Operations is a key leadership position for our rapidly growing organization.

The right individual will bring extensive leadership, customer-centricity and operational expertise to enable us to scale globally.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of our network operations, including coach enablement, coach development, and customer care.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning.

Collaborate with executive leadership on determining areas of investment and building teams that are equipped to deliver on BetterUp’s long-term mission.

Cross-functional leadership.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Programs, Studios, and Labs to design and deliver a world-class customer experience.

Network Growth.

Partner closely with Sales, Account Management and Customer Success to effectively meet the needs of our enterprise partners by strategically growing BetterUp’s coaching network.

Coach Experience.

Lead team driving engagement of a growing global community of BetterUp Coaches, ensuring that BetterUp continues to build an irresistible place to practice coaching.

Outcomes Optimization.

Shape cross-functional teams from Analytics, Labs, Engineering, and Coach Development to leverage the strengths of our community and technology platform in the interest of driving consistent positive outcomes for members.

Customer Care.

Oversee the ongoing growth and capabilities of a global customer care team that serves enterprise partners, members and BetterUp Coaches.

Hire and develop for Craftsmanship.

Build a diverse team of passionate, mission-oriented professionals committed to delivering customer experiences of the highest standard.
