Please check out www.SteelPartners.com to learn more about us Role Seeking a full-time administrative Assistant who will report directly to the CFO and support our corporate office as needed.

Responsibilities Handle all administrative functions for the office including: o Mail o Supplies o Office Maintenance arrangements o Scheduling o Travel Plans o One-off admin requests o Other administrative needs/projects Responsible for inventory maintenance and procurement of office supplies, coffee/beverages and miscellaneous items.

Coordinate’s scheduling of office maintenance services, ordering and maintaining employee badge/FOB support.

Coordinate meeting events and coordinate related activities to support (meeting rooms, materials, food, etc.).

Welcomes and direct visitors and clients.

Assist staff in making travel reservations, as needed.

Perform routine duties, setting priorities and scheduling work in accordance with the schedules of assigned executive(s).

Coordinates pre-onboarding processes and setup for new employees.

Maintain filing system, existing reports and lists.

Order and maintain department supplies and equipment.

Occasional lifting of boxes or cartons.

Assist in special projects as directed.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Full Time presence in office.

Strong Microsoft Office experience.

Customer service or administrative support experience for C suite staff.

Energetic, good attitude, always looking to do more.

Excellent communication and written skills.

Exhibit strong prioritization, organizational and attention to detail.

Possess sound decision-making skills.

Possess time management skills such as planning, scheduling and expediting projects.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Ability to work independently.
