We’re looking for a Data Entry Specialist that’ll supports multiple departments by utilizing a variety of databases and applications to assist with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have advanced computer skills and previous working experience with Excel, specifically with pivot tables, formulas, and reporting features. Outgoing individuals with strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills will be considered ideal candidates. The Data Entry Specialist will be assigned additional projects and tasks as needed and will be required to complete tasks with limited supervision. Successful Data Entry Specialists may be presented with unique opportunities for future career growth!
Qualifications:
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills specifically working with pivot tables, reporting, & formulas
• Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access etc.)
• Strong interpersonal & verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate productively across all departments
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Must have a high level of initiative and follow-up support capability working with limited supervision
• Must be analytical, detail oriented, and conscientious
• High School Diploma or G.E.D
