General Clerk III (PMO), Fort Bliss TX

Technica LLC seeks to recruit for the position of General Clerk III on a Government contract with a place of performance at Fort Bliss, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

The General Clerk III will support the Fort Bliss Program Manager Support Staff and report to the Operations Manager.

  • This position will assist with onboarding training requirements for new employees, on-going training, and management of training certificate database.
  • This position will also be responsible for gathering data related to employees employment requirements including but not limited to, training, security information, and additional compliance requirements from our customer.
  • This position will interact with leadership and employees on a daily basis through email or in person interactions
  • This position will have varying work volumes to include tasks on the computer and within the office (i.e. filing, scanning, copying, email, preparing memos, spreadsheets)
  • This position uses some subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps varying in nature and sequence while adhering to confidentiality and sensitive information.
    The General Clerk III selects from alternative methods and refers problems not solvable by adapting or interpreting substantive guides, manuals, or procedures.
  • This position may prepare documents and memos independently for review by leadership.
  • Typical duties include assisting in a variety of administrative matters; maintaining a wide variety of financial, employment, contract operations, or other records (stored both manually and electronically); verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; compiling information; and handling and adjusting data.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen or US permanent resident for more than 3 years in order to obtain NACI and CAC Card eligibility
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment and background checks related to the position
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Must have a minimum of 1-year experience in an administrative/support role
  • Must have attention for detail and the ability to determine data discrepancies
  • Must have good communication skills to include speaking and writing
  • Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be computer literate with emphasis on Adobe, Excel, and Word
  • Must possess a current and valid state drivers license.
  • Must be able to successfully navigate email and documents through G-Suite
