Our tax and scientific professionals focus on helping our clients maximize their cash flow and realize substantial savings to defer revenue recognition and accelerate applicable tax deductions.

The RTC Senior Associate & Associate positions will be responsible for designing, implementing and executing projects in the above mentioned fields.

This will entail working in a collaborative environment to lead, develop and mentor assigned engagement teams, as well as participate in related marketing and sales aspects of the engagements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The tasks presented below are general in nature.

Additional specific tasks will be discussed during the interview.

Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.

Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills at all times during the engagement.

Conduct fieldwork
– Due to the size of our teams and assigned engagements, our seniors and associates will be expected to assist in conducting client engagement fieldwork.

This may include visiting the client location, investigating the relevant facts identified, analyzing all applicable accounting information, completing the appropriate tax computations and preparation of written memorandums that summarize the engagement team findings.

Client communication, both verbally and in written form, must remain constant.

This includes initiating internal communications regarding status of tasks, relevant technical issues discovered, status of engagement team work load, expected due dates, etc.

Senior Associates & Associates will be required to “multi-task” and manage numerous client projects and tasks simultaneously.

Lead and participate in professional development and training sessions on a regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business related field is desired.
Alternatively, a degree in a field of science is also desired.

Two or more years relevant work experience in a Tax environment* Experience in a Big 4 firm, a comparable size public accounting firm or consulting firm is a strong plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Proficient Excel skills.

Candidate must have solid abilities to analyze and summarize data with accuracy.


Candidate must demonstrate experience working as a productive member of a team.

Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites as required is expected.
