Alan Ritchey, Inc is seeking a Supervisor for it’s Irving, TX location.

Schedule: START TIME: Varies between 3pm start and 5pm start. Schedule may change based on operational needs. 

Supervisor Job Summary:

The supervisor plans, organizes and monitors their team ensuring a smooth and consistent operation in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements. Reports to the Plant and Assistant Plant Manager. 

• Additional criteria:
• Ensure USPS service standards are met.
• Ensure labor performance standards are met.
• Ensure established policies and procedures are upheld.
• Develop and implement solutions for repetitive operational issues.
• Provide guidance, support & oversight to over 60 employees
• Be able to effectively communicate with employees

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree a plus.

Relevant Work Experience

• At least 1 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
