About the Role The Strategic Planner (SP) will provide strategic leadership to assigned accounts, selling through strategic visions and programs to clients.

The Strategic Planner has a solid understanding of his/her client’s business and demonstrates critical thinking and confidence while distilling research and data analytics down into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations.

The Strategic Planner is an engaging story teller with effective communication skills, who has the ability convince, inspire and motivate our clients and peers, while leveraging an appropriate mixture of facts, logic and enthusiasm to persuade.About You A passion for creating strategies that solve complex brand challenges and drive new forms of creativityStrong background in integrating quantitative learning with qualitative in the development of consumer communication strategiesHighly resourceful, with strong research skills and a working knowledge of marketing analyticsProfiency in secondary research tools (i.E.

Simmons, Scarborough), able to pull data, analyze and drive learningsAbility to create effective & persuasive client presentations in PowerPoint & KeynoteUnderstanding of both traditional and digital media, with experience collaborating / working alongside media and PR agenciesAbility to effectively manage time and resources in an ever-changing and extremely fast-paced environmentWillingness to be both a “thinker” and a “doer”Excellent presentation, public speaking, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalAbove all, kindness, composure, and relentless curiosityQUALIFICATIONS:Specific expertise in Multicultural and Multisegment Consumer insightsPlanning experience at a major advertising agencyExperience across multiple industries (Banking, retail, utility, etc.)Minimum 3 years’ experience in planning, strategic planning and related communications experienceBilingual (Spanish / English) a plus
