Digital Marketing Strategist

North Highland

This is a Full-time position in Westlake, TX posted August 23, 2021.

The Digital Marketing Strategist will play a vital role in driving website traffic, conversions, and social media engagement.

This role will be responsible for managing and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with strong analytical, creative, and project management competencies.

You are data-driven, empathetic and obsessive over the digital experience you create for your customers and prospects.

Responsibilities Manage and corresponding web properties Upload web content and provide suggestions for search engine optimization, consistency, regulatory compliance, and user experience Create and manage content post schedule for the home page and promotion banners to ensure latest pieces are reflected Manage SEO ongoing and drive increase in website performance Monitor and update site ongoing for better usability and brand alignment Maintain authors and update bios for consistency Introduce new website components to increase interactivity and conversions Collaborate across teams to maintain and update site and serve as primary POC for all web-related issues/inquiries Document processes and create intake forms for editing and building webpages Manage social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn Drive consistent, relevant traffic, growth, engagement and leads from our social networks Schedule organic social posts ensuring quality as well as consistency with North Highland’s brand and tone of voice Monitor and escalate interactions from social listening and social media monitoring on owned social properties Employ test and learn strategies and processes to allow larger scale deployment of learnings to maximize performance, including but not limited to A/B testing across social media Stay abreast of, evaluate and provide best practices on emerging technologies and trends across social while providing ongoing counsel and support to internal marketing stakeholders Partner with brand, campaign and content development teams to ensure social media assets are created and published for key initiatives Serve as primary POC for internal partners for all social media inquiries Create, document and maintain procedures, best practices, training materials, and guidelines for North Highland stakeholders to leverage social media Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically website management, SEO, and organic social media Expertise with SEO – best practices, keyword research, Google analytics Hands on experience with managing B2B social media channels and content, reporting on social analytics and insights and use of enterprise social publishing and listening platforms Excellent interpersonal, presentation skills, time management, decision making, and organizational skills required Exceptional?communications skills, both written and verbal Strong?project management skills and attention to detail Data-driven problem solver with the ability to review metrics and assess underlying drivers to gauge and optimize performance Good understanding of management consulting or advisory services within a?professional services organization a plus Experience managing and working with external agencies to accomplish project deliverables?

Google Analytics certification a plus Experience with marketing automation, CMS, and CRM platforms such as, Drupal, Pardot, and Salesforce
