This is a Full-time position in Dallas, TX posted June 18, 2021.

You are an experienced B2B SaaS Marketing professional looking for your next professional home and challenge.

You ‘ve owned the marketing function at a high growth, SaaS company before and understand how to create strategy and work with your team to execute across the different phases of marketing.
In this key position you will report directly to the CEO and act as a contributing member and voice to the leadership team, having the opportunity to shape across departments and make a big impact on the company at large.

This is a rare opportunity for the marketing leader to be a strategic part of creating a quickly emerging category.

The foundation has been laid and we ‘re now looking for a marketing leader to take the department to the next level.

What You ‘ll Be Doing:
Own the development, execution and communication of our marketing & go to market strategy Be responsible for an opportunity number
– deliver high quality leads & partner with sales to measure through the pipeline Work with our Director of Demand Generation to develop on a clear content strategy that drives key acquisition and engagement goals across organic and paid channels.

Own product marketing including new feature launches, website and sales enablement such as white papers, case studies and other assets Establish Company as the leader in the field sales engagement category Work with CX on customer marketing, customer value methodologies and communication Work with our SEO agency to ensure we rank for target keywords, maintain and enhance our position Spearhead and develop new lead channels Develop budgets, dashboards, operating metrics Oversee and report on department metrics from top of funnel through conversion performance from a daily basis to the annual strategy
You ‘re a Great Fit if You Have:
5+ years of successful B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience Product marketing depth and background
– bonus if you ‘ve been responsible for market education/new market Demand generation experience (owned an opp #)
– bonus if you ‘ve owned SDR/BDR motions You have created and executed an effective go to market strategy.

Preferably in a new or emerging market category.

Superior execution and project management Data driven, analytical curious/problem solver with a desire and proven success in hiring, coaching and managing a high performing and engaged team.

Have an excellent business sense and a “get it done” mentality Technically proficient in common software tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach (our tech stack) Understanding of value drivers in a SaaS business models and what levers to pull to influence them Motivated self-starter Outstanding communication and presentation skills
