Compensation and Benefits * Paid intro period.

Full commission.

Annual expectation between $60,000
– $75,000 with high performers in $90,000 +* Medical, Vision, Dental* PTO* 401(k) with a company match* Full-time Job Details * Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities* Contact potential clients through a mix of inbound, text, chats and emails* Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products* Create Immediate trusting relationships with clients* Transition qualified opportunities to the Designers via the appropriate engagement methodology* Operate in a dynamic environment* Other duties as assigned Skills & Abilities * Proven work experience as a top earner in sales is preferred but if you’re hungry we will train* Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, especially inbound and outbound calling* Must be okay in a phone center environment, it’s not for the faint of heart* Track record of achieving sales KPIs is a bonus* Have to be tech savvy with ability to learn quickly* Must have excellent customer service skills.* Experience with CRM software* Familiarity with Google Suite (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)* Understanding of sales performance metrics* Excellent communication and active listening skills* Ability to deliver engaging visions of a designed product
