Click HERE to learn more about our Day 1 Benefits, 401k Program, Company Perks, Career Opportunities, Advancement Programs, Scholarships and more WE LOVE OUR WORK.: Responsible for managing the overall workflow of all marketing information and communications from the planning and creative teams to the internal teams and external guests to ensure accurate information is available to all stakeholders.Develops direct marketing and in-house creative initiatives from concept to completion for marketing events, entertainment, promotions, and tournaments to coordinate with that of the calendar of events and departmental Manages, develops, and updates the marketing calendar and coordinates all marketing program information for direct mail, digital, web, internal print, intranet, and electronic communications.Manages direct marketing and in-house creative projects through effective allocation of resources, monitors workflow within shared services teams, and communicates with internal departments to ensure creative and production deadlines in a timely, quality, and cost-effective manner.Acts as liaison with marketing sub-departments that produce events, promotions, direct marketing materials, social media content, entertainment, public relations, player’s club programs, Human Resources, and advertising collateral to ensure accuracy and completion of all marketing messages and projects.Writes, edits, proofreads, fact-checks, and reviews all marketing communications materials, electronic content, and web-based communications to ensure that all are accurate, clear, and complete; correct in terms of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and editorial style; and that they maintain a consistent tone and voice.Writes, recommends, revises, or modifies copy to clarify meaning and to conform to brand style guidelines and/or editorial policy.Must be knowledgeable of marketing, editorial and advertising concepts as well as print layout and creative design.

Reviews and recommends creative design.Possess the ability to work independently with vendors to quote, negotiate and purchase specialty Possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, different departments, as well as outside contacts and guests.

Attends and assists with special events and promotions as needed.Supports the efforts and projects of the VP of Marketing, Promotions & Events Manager and/or Marketing Manager as requested.Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Associates Degree (A.A.) in communications or related area (i.e., journalism), or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proven ability to handle varied writing scenarios.Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong reading comprehension and retention skills; strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and intermediate to advanced computer skills with the ability to learn new applications and programs.Must have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented and able to effectively handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Minimum 2 years professional writing Must have demonstrated ability to drive toward Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
