Job DescriptionPosition Summary: As the Marketing Coordinator, you will monitor market trends, create advertising campaigns, develop pricing strategies and targeting strategies based on demographic data and work to develop more brand awareness for Chesmar Homes.Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee all Division Marketing efforts, work closely with the VP of Sales and sales team to create and implement marketing strategies.Assist in the opening of new communities, including utility set up, signage, flags, interior design bid meetings, advertising, selection samples, etc.Review community traffic and sales on a weekly basis to identify trends, evaluate any communities behind sales goals and make recommendations to improve traffic performance.Attend and speak at weekly sales meetings, conduct quarterly community visits to build rapport with NHC’s to assess sales center and model presentation, signage, collateral, etc.Model Home Process, scheduling with Designers, NHC’s, CM’s, VP’s and DP. Assist NHC, VP of Design & VP of Sales with designing the Model. Weekly updates from CM on construction status of Model.Create marketing collateral following branded design standards set by Chesmar Homes.Maintain pricing, audit and maintain inventory listings (MLS), create marketing materials, and audit the website with a high level of accuracy.Local Marketing Efforts: Billboards, sponsorship opportunities, partnerships, signage, builder relations, realtor relations, customer relations and general branding for Chesmar Homes.Market Research: Conduct Competitive Marketing Analysis, Realtor Focus Groups, NHC Focus Groups, Community Information & Nearby Amenities, etc.Administrative tasks such as distribution of collateral materials, coding invoices, meeting with vendors/agencies, coordinating events, budgeting for the marketing efforts each year, etc.Coordinate internal marketing and associate meetings or events.Create and maintain a Marketing Calendar of Events, including employee birthday and work anniversary dates.Freedom to be innovated and create efficiencies.Assist with additional duties as assigned.Job knowledge, skills, and experience: Knowledgeable in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Analytics, and WordPress.Proficient with standard software such as Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Maintain proper and professional etiquette and appearance.Exemplary customer service skills.Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly in fast-paced high work volume.Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and producers.Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees.Flexibility to help assist with new task and office change.Capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks.Excellent time management skills and ability to multi- task and prioritize work.Must have a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a background check.Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business Marketing, Communications, or related field required2+ years of experience in related fieldBenefits: Chesmar Homes offers competitive benefits including healthcare coverage, 401k contributions, four weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, and more.
