Marketing Generalist

This role collaborates with marketing leadership and will work alongside creative production and the sales organization as well as external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:* Determine key opportunities to optimize performance on website and other channels to drive more traffic and conversions* Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns* Manage ad campaign trafficking and optimization* Work with marketing leadership to drive improved results in search (organic and paid) and ad spend* Manage content on multiple pages and platforms for coherency and consistency across external channels* Provide copy direction for organic and paid channels* Assist with in-person events* Assist with prospect email newsletters and customer updates* Assist with other marketing projects where needed* Additional duties as assignedYour Qualifications:* 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing roles* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related degree* Experience with Google Analytics* Experience with paid ad channels
– Adwords, Facebook, and LinkedIn Ads a plus* Demonstrated ability to identify drive website performance traffic, conversions, etc* Experience using marketing automation software, Salesforce & Pardot experience a plus* Data driven marketer with solid understanding of key metrics and experience in measuring, analyzing, and optimizing performance* Passion for technology and tools
