Marketing Specialist

49 Financial

This is a Contract position in Sugar Land, TX posted September 22, 2022.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for interpreting customers’ behavior and suggest creative ways to increase 49 Financials’ brand awareness.

This is a highly collaborative role under the Director of Marketing whose goal is to build out marketing strategies for Recruiting, High Net Worth, and L&D departments.

Responsibilities : Conducting research to analyze customers’ behavior (e.g.

purchasing habits, trends and preferences) and identify and analyze competitors Build strategies for business unit specific integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
– including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising Support the different internal departments through laying out their strategy, deliverables, and timing.

This may include sales kits or video production oversite Work with the digital marketing associate to create the strategy for social media around the different SBUs (strategic business units) Collaborate with the Director of Marketing for designing and implementing marketing campaigns Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners as necessary Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities, and prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Set up and optimize ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) and Google Adwords campaigns Learn, identify, and execute the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Organize promotional activities for new products/services Collaborate to create landing pages and optimize user experience Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Preferred Skills Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management System (CMS) software Experience using website analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Requirements BS/BA degree in Marketing or relevant field Desire to learn traditional and digital marketing tools Exposure to SEO/SEM campaigns Solid computer skills, including MS Office and Google AdWords Excellent communication and presentation skills Work well in a collaborative, fun team environment Exemplifies the values of 49 Financial
