Senior Marketing Coordinator

Corporate Floors Inc, A Public Benefit Corporation

This is a Full-time position in Grapevine, TX posted August 29, 2021.

We are looking for someone who can step into multiple active campaigns and help execute our aligned strategy and projects across our multiple brands.

As senior Marketing Coordinator, you will be wearing a lot of hats in a diverse, exciting, and growing company.

This role includes hands-on development as well as some strategy and planning.

A flex schedule is available but this role does require an on-premise focus.

This is a new position within the company that has the trajectory of Marketing Manager and above.

Experience working for a multi-brand and multi-location enterprise is highly desired.

Salary $55,000-$65,000 plus bonus

Job responsibilities/qualifications
Manage the company’s marketing funnel including but not limited to our social media presence, website content, email marketing activities, and digital advertising channels.

Research new opportunities and manage the CRM (ZOHO) and email marketing system to drive new engagement.

Create engaging print and digital marketing materials.

This is to be completed in-house and supported by outside firms.

Plan, organize, and (in some cases) help represent the company at various local, regional, and national trade shows Execution of various marketing efforts such as uniform design, marketing collateral, proposal templates, etc Manage overall marketing budget (in partnership with accounting/sales) Manage our social media management company and aid in driving new initiatives.

Aid in website updates and managing the topics our blog writer executes.

Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing.

At least 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or Communications.

Experience using Zoho or similar CRM, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.

A power-user of all major social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, at minimum).

Maintains knowledge and understanding of SEO best practices.

Knowledge of google analytics.

Detail Oriented, Excellent writing & verbal communication skills.

B2B and flooring or building services experience preferred but not required.

Create and Create and manage a marketing calendar of events.

High level of competence with MS Office applications, Google apps Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion.

Ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities
