Annual expectation between $60,000 $75,000 with high performers in $90,000 +Medical, Vision, DentalPTO401(k) with a company matchFull-timeJob DetailsQualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunitiesContact potential clients through a mix of inbound, text, chats and emailsIdentify client needs and suggest appropriate productsCreate Immediate trusting relationships with clientsTransition qualified opportunities to the Designers via the appropriate engagement methodologyOperate in a dynamic environmentOther duties as assignedSkills & AbilitiesProven work experience as a top earner in sales is preferred but if you’re hungry we will trainHands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, especially inbound and outbound callingMust be okay in a phone center environment, it’s not for the faint of heartTrack record of achieving sales KPIs is a bonusHave to be tech savvy with ability to learn quicklyMust have excellent customer service skills.Experience with CRM softwareFamiliarity with Google Suite (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)Understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent communication and active listening skillsAbility to deliver engaging visions of a designed product
