Apartment Maintenance Technician

Overview: Up to $1,000 in sign-on bonus housing allowance at AMLI Old PasadenaWe currently have a Maintenance Technician opening at AMLI Old Pasadena, our apartment mid-rise in Pasadena, California.

As the Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance team that ensures the efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds.

Duties include:Perform general and higher level maintenance services such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.Per policy, conduct inspections as required, and participate in preventative maintenance, including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.

Clean work area, tools, and equipment.

Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.

Requirements:Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training.EPA Refrigerant Certified (type 1 and 2 or Universal) or the ability to obtain one after hire.
