Job Duties and Responsibilities:Meet with patients and conduct routine tests with the audiometerMake hearing impressions and molds, order productFit hearing aids and assist with adjustments, questions, or problemsMaintain equipmentRepair hearing aidsProvide care and use instructions to patientsClean hearing aidsConduct post-fitting orientations and warranty checksMaintain patient files and perform clerical duties and other administrative support functionsRequirements:High school degree or equivalentProficient in Excel and WordQualifications:2-3 years sales experience2 years customer service experienceThe successful candidate will also possess:A strong work ethicStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and handle a high volume of patientsWork as a team player and be reliableHave superior customer service skillsAttractive compensation and benefits package is offered.
