Position Summary: Position SummaryAmerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the US, is looking to hire a skilled Diesel Mechanic / Technician.

The Diesel Mechanic/Technician will be responsible for the timely repair and maintenance of medium to heavy-duty Class 8 Truck repairs and maintenance.

– SAT6:00AM -3:30PM Essential Duties & Responsibilities: What the Diesel Mechanic/Technician role looks like:Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to vehiclesComply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Access any area of the equipment or vehicle to perform necessary maintenance Key Competencies and Minimum Education: What our ideal candidate looks like:At least 2 years experience as a Diesel Mechanic/Technician performing vehicle repair and maintenance or must possess an auto or diesel technology diploma from an accredited technical school.Excellent communication skills and proficient computer skillsMust have a valid driver’s licenseExperience wheel seals, air brakes, DOT Inspections and repairs on Semi-TrailersAre you ready to advance your career as a Diesel Mechanic/Technician with Amerit Fleet Solutions?
