Located in our Englewood, CO office, the hose product engineering team is responsible for the design, development, and performance testing of hoses used in hydraulic, industrial, fluid transfer, and automotive applications.

The product reliability team is responsible for product forensic analysis (FA), technique and systems development to support FA and providing statistical analysis on existing product performance to construct reliability models to optimize testing and product performance.

The reliability team is also responsible for creating new mathematical methods and validating correlations to advance the science of hose design, as well as piloting new product concepts and technology to drive innovation.

Product technicians within the reliability team performs forensic analysis, mechanical, hydraulic, and material testing to support hose design & development with the assay of hose product samples, and compilation of analysis reports.

In addition, a product technician works with the team to develop new forensic methods, organize and process performance testing data for statistical analysis, and provide critical path support as needed for the other product development teams.

Key responsibilities (to name a few): Measurement, deconstruction, and forensic analysis of hose product samples using power tools, handheld devices, and lab equipment as optical microscope Collect data and report results using handheld instruments for precision measuring Preparation of reports to communicate forensic analysis findings Tracking of sample materials to insure clear workflows and reliable results Monitoring of testing required to assess products Organization of sample measurement and product performance data to enable comprehensive analysis Sample fabrication, using lab equipment for material and product testing Limited travel may be required (0-10%), potentially including international travel 06022021
