Overview: 2020 Companies has an immediate full-time Systems Admin and Business Analyst role available!

Your Role as a Systems Admin and Business Analyst is to:Participates in requirements gathering, design workshops to understand applications’ functionality and support requirements.Works with business and technology leaders to further define the support and project functions needed within the organization.Application administrative support; manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups.Manage operational requests and reporting including analysis, issue troubleshooting, prioritization and resolution.

Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.Work with internal change management team to develop training materials and provide training and support to Salesforce end users.Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/usersParticipate in solution design and testing activities as needed.Support the evaluation of AppExchange & partner solutions.Continuous improvement and innovation on the Salesforce Consumer Goods platform.Hands-on Salesforce configuration in Lightning environment.Other projects or duties as assigned.We are looking for someone who:Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of technical certification and 1-2 years’ experience in an analytical role.3+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst.Salesforce Certifications: Certified Administrator (ADM201).Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders and end users.Experience in system development lifecycle activities supporting Salesforce migrations from test to production environment.Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.Strong data management abilities.What’s in it for you?Work remotely from home and at corporate office in Southlake, TX as neededEarn competitive salary, paid weeklyEligible for quarterly bonus incentiveOffice offers on-site fitness facility and food pavilionHealth/Dental/Vision Insurance401K ProgramPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysJob Contact: Duties and Responsibilities:Lead continuous improvement of technology to enable sales growth in our stores and achievement of business objectivesExpedites resolution of store and field incidents in partnership with IT Team and Operations, improves escalation paths, and proactively identify ways to prevent widespread issuesServes as the go-to resource for systems questionsKeep abreast of new technology and recommends updates and enhancements to maximize productivityAccountable for ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and technology and positive user experienceDevelops processes to identify department specific technology opportunities and supports cross-functional teams in evaluating the effectiveness of work streamsOffers recommendations to key Business Partners that is customer focused resulting in optimization of technology performanceDrives profitability by ensuring teams are leveraging technologyEnsure that technology solutions meet business requirementsProactively partners with IT Team, external vendors and cross-functional teams to address gaps in functionalityProvides concise instructional content that enables associates to fully leverage the benefits of the technology to aid in driving sales and profit goalsOther duties and projects as assignedQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience3+ years of experience working with a variety of company systems; iCIMS, Workday, Salesforce.Com a plus!Strong knowledge of 3PL retail operating systemsAbility to align system functionality to meet business needsProficient in Microsoft based Server
